The training dig at Hatch Furlong in Ewell has an Open Day this Bank Holiday Monday. Open from 11am to 4pm, there will be guided tours by the archaeologists digging the site.

They have made some interesting new discoveries, including two more Ritual Shafts.

Parking is at Bourne Hall Museum, Ewell and the dig will be signposted from there. Entry is free and all are welcome.
