Peak Practice: A beautiful mini Glen Coe full of prehistoric features is under threat from developers but there is still good walking available, finds Cameron McNeish of the Sunday Herald. It’s the latest application from yet another insensitive and uncaring energy developer, in this case a recently formed company, that is happy to sacrifice Scotland’s wild landscape for a dubious, low-capacity wind farm that will make little contribution to renewable energy but will destroy the ambience and special scenic characteristics of the southern approaches to this unique glen.
