Megalithic Portal Book and Charity Challenge

Enter our book/charity challenge, to score up to 10 points by posting:
Images of an ancient site for which we currently only have a text listing (green dot on the maps) - or that we don't currently list at all. Prehistoric sites from anywhere worldwide are valid, but please see the notes below.

For new sites you must submit as many details as possible for checking using our Submit site form.

Anyone posting 5 such images can claim either a free book or a charity donation of £5 to the Oxfam Tsunami appeal.
[Update: Oxfam have suspended the Tsunami appeal as enough money has been raised, but we will still donate to Oxfam as they will know what best to do with the money. When we get to £100 I will make our first donation and get a receipt that I will post on the site].

You can claim for both, so 10 valid posts will get you a book as well as a charity donation on your behalf.

Rules:
1. Only one point allowed per site
2. One entry per household
3. You must have the permission of the photographer to post the image, which should not displayed elsewhere on the web other than on your own personal web site.
4. The challenge may be stopped at any time, by announcement here, however I will give one month's notice to allow people to finish their challenge and put a claim in.
5. Details of charity donations made will be published at a later date
6. Sites outside the UK and Ireland must include a long and lat reference for checking purposes.
7. Check our FAQ under "Scope and Content" for valid sites to post.
8. The judges decision is final on the validity of submissions
9. Your posts from 1st Jan 2005 onward can be counted towards your total

This challenge has been deliberately set to be very achievable so what are you waiting for?

Please keep a record yourself of the sites that you are contributing. To claim pleae e-mail to me the details of the sites and photos you are claiming for.
