So, maps covering England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland (like the old megalithic map and others) aren't multi-country?

It's very nice though!

[one note: on a Mac using the Safari browser clicking on the little map does not centre the big map where you click, which is rather frustrating. Also the up, down, left & right movers jump too far - they should perhaps move half a square so that some of the previous content is still visible. It is still very nice though! Well done all involved!]

    click on the Pan option (second button along in the options on the right) then click on where you want to be the centre of the map with your mouse.

    OK, so what was the world's first megalith map of England, Scotland and Wales? Leaving aside simple single page ones it was my original Megalith Map from about 1997 so it's still a valid claim. :-)

    If the authors of the core map engine update it to improve things for Safari or other browsers I'll upgrade it.

Superb. Does this really suggest a massive concentration of megaliths on the west side of the British Isles or are there many more Continental sites still to add? Astronomer.

    Its just the lack of continental sites added so far. But we will soon have over 3000 French sites on board the portal with many more to hunt down and add. And the same goes for much the rest of Europe - what we need are stonehunters out and about sending in their findings from elsewhere. They are out there.
