EventsTHURSDAY 14 NOVEMBER 2002, 4PM-8PM. Bristol University Archaeology Society and Bristol University Archaeology Department are delighted to announce a mini-conference on Oetzi the Iceman.The event will take place in the Tyndall Lecture Theatre, Physics Department, University of Bristol, Tyndall Avenue, Bristol. The afternoon is open to all. Admission is £5 (£2 concessions, £1 Archaeology Society members).

5.15 pm Prof. Dr. Richard Harrison (Dept. of Archaeology, Bristol): The Iceman and the Transformation of Europe

6.15 pm Dr Franco Nicolis (Ufficio Beni Archeologici, Trento, Italy) and Dr Volker Heyd (Dept. of Archaeology, Bristol): His journey through the Mountains :The Copper Age North and South of the Alps
7.00 pm Prof Dr Annaluisa Pedrotti (Università di Trento, Italy) : Current research on the Iceman´s Archaeology
7.45 pm Wine Reception in the Archaeology Department
