This possible Gallery Gave in Gozo on the Ta’ Cenc plateau stands close to and west of the Id-Dura tax-Xaghra l-Kbira dolmen. It consists of two parallel lines each about 30' long and 13' apart each comprised of 3 rectangular-shaped upright slabs all of which are about 5' long by 2'6" high and 2' thick. There also appears to be two fallen roofing slabs on the northern wall. The triangular western-most roofing stone measures 8’ x 7’ x 6’ and is 20” thick. The other roofing stone is around 4’ square with a thickness of 16”.

The structure is strongly reminiscent of the gallery graves on Sardinia and south-east Italy. Although unique to the Maltese islands the possibility is certainly plausible as the first settlers in the early Neolithic came over the sea from Sicily 80 miles away .
