The entrance to Tungadale Souterrain, a seven metre long underground passage constructed in the bronze age. This one is very remote and very tricky to locate on a steep hillside in a forest.

Virtuous Well submitted by Thorgrim on 20th Jan 2004. The Virtuous Well was formerly known as St Anne's Well. Situated in Trellech at SO503051, the well is one of nine that were once here. Each was reputed to cure a different malady. You should drop a pebble into the well and make a wish. If many bubbles appear, then your wish will be granted, if only a few then you will be disappointed.
