This site is a maze of relict field walls, enclosures and hut sites.
There is more than one stone row, one in the woodland and all but unreachable at W8755,6470 and the other consisting of 3 stones (one fallen)at W87488,64533. Both are aligned NE/SW and are quite small (height .6m) of more interest at this site are the remains of ancient farmsteads, the best of which consists of a 20m diameter stone and earth bank enclosure set into the hillside on a terrace. This enclosure contains a circular hut ruin and evidence of internal features.
There are numerous field systems in evidence and another possible stone row closer to the lake.
Access is extremely difficult.
