North Salem Dolmen submitted by aluta : This famous boulder, in New York State, was featured on the cover of an album by Robin Williamson, of Incredible String Band fame (fame?). My suspicions that it is a natural feature were put aside when I finally got to see it in person. Megalithomania, the annual megalithic arts and sciences conference is coming to America for the first time, promising to open up the debate on these sites, leaving no stone unturned. With John M. Jenkins, Freddy Silva, Bethe Hagens, Ross Hamilton, Hugh Newman, Patrick Cooke and more at the Hilton Garden Inn, Connecticut, New England

Three days of tours visiting Balanced Rock in North Salem NY, Megalithic Chambers in Patterson NY, America's Stonehenge, Gungywamp Complex & numerous other fascinating sites that simply should not be there according to official academia. Megalithomania USA is run in collaboration with NEARA and the Earth Spirit Initiative.

If you can't make it to the conference, you will be able to watch it all online for less than half the price than attending as a pay per view. It's easy to sign-up for each day, just click on the links on the page to sign-up for each day and if you miss any of the live-stream, it will be automatically archived and you can watch it at your leisure for six weeks after the end of the conference.

[note from Andy B - the live streaming from the South Africa Megalithiomani conference worked very well so this is highly recommended if any of the speakers interest you. They even managed to get one of the speakers speaking by live link from the UK and relay it to everyone in the hall and back to us watching in the UK, which was most impressive]
