<< Photo Competitions >>

The Treasure Hunt is over and the treasure has been found! Winners will be announced shortly. The point of the Treasure Hunt was to have some fun and at the same time learn more about the vast store of information on the Megalithic Portal and how to use the search tool and maps effectively. Hope you enjoyed it too!

Well done! It's often better to journey than to arrive. The real value of the Treasure Hunt is in the journey itself through the misty murks of the Portal. It would appear that there has been one, possibly two, attempts at cheating, but the fool who cheats just cheats himself and denies himself the pleasure of the quest.
Keep at it, Dave - you'll get there!

Those rings are beautiful. I treated myself to one in 2001 when I was visiting Aurora's workshops. The lady who makes them was also wearing a thumb ring with a cross-shape inscribed on it, (can't recall the name of the design), and in a moment of madness I bought that one too. Have never regretted it. Wear them every day.
