Not from us this time, but I know Portal readers like a good photo competition. Digital Camera Magazine is looking for your best photographs on the theme of autumn. They write: It doesn't matter what subject you choose - it's the creative way that you depict it that's important.

We're looking for images that really leap of the page, with lighting, composition and exposure that really make the most of this beatiful time of year. The autumn photography cover feature on the October issue should be perfect inspiration. You can send us as many pics as you like. Email your images as 1.5MB jpgs to [email protected] with the subject heading 'Your Mission Autumn'.

The latest issue of Digital Camera Magazine has just hit the shelves - capture the glories of autumn!
