I'm not one for large crowds (I was at Stonehenge last year - 6000 bods was enough for me, never mind the 14,000 or so who attended this time) so I reverted to form and went back to the 9 ladies in Derbyshire. Although it was a relatively muted affair , the atmosphere was wonderful for the 5 days that I stayed on the moor.

My new digital camera had a baptism of fire and proved itself reliable. Please post the URL for my Pictures site, I'm sure some of you would like to see what was happening elsewhere over the Solstice - wouldn't you?
