Rock Art in County Durham

This panel is recorded by NADRAP as having been found in the 1960s by G. Jobey in a prehistoric (Iron Age) settlement. Initially recorded as having a single cup mark, the current location of the panel is unknown.

For basic details, see England's Rock Art entry for ERA-1378 West Brandon, which give the following reference: Jobey, G 1962 ‘An Iron Age Homestead at West Brandon, Durham’. Archaeologia Aeliana 4th series 40, 1-34.

Note: Do you know the current location of this rock art panel? Do you have an accurate grid reference, photographs or information to add?
