Adjacent to this site are two - perhaps three - mounds which are not marked on the OS maps. These can be seen when looking towards the river from the cemetary. The southernmost now has Fintray's war memorial on top, however, this cannot be visited before harvest as the farmer uses the whole field, including the access path.

Further along on the north side of the same road are a number of earthworks, but it hasn't been established how old these are. Near them in the forest are bronze age hut circles.
