Tyddyn-bach
Tyddyn-bach submitted by LivingRocks : This beautifully lichen encrusted menhir near Llanddaniel Fab can be seen from Bryn Celli Ddu - look beyond the rock outcrop next to the site. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Standing stone in Anglesey. This stone is about 3m high and stands some 450m to the north-west of Bryn Celli Ddu passage grave. The base is surrounded by a pile of small rocks but it is not obvious whether these are support packing or simply the result of dumping of cleared field stones.

Tyddyn-bach
Tyddyn-bach submitted by AngieLake : A zoomed shot of Tyddyn-Bach from Bryn Celli Ddu's enclosure. The stone is to left of centre here and the obvious outcrop of rock in the next field, on right.

Tyddyn-bach
Tyddyn-bach submitted by raythemapman : Looking SE at the narrow side of the stone.A tree has started to grow out of the stones at the base, and will probably cover it in a couple of years. I wonder what will take priority the stone or the tree.

Tyddyn-bach submitted by raythemapman : Looking NW,the tree is now covering half the stone,in a couple of years it will block the view from this angle.11-09-09.

i know its a long time since your photo but the stones around the standing stone were dumped when clearing fields. I have worked at bryn Celli Ddu for 16 years and the boss told me this
