Four Parishes Rock - The boulder is roughly rectangular in plan, with the length orientated SW to NE. It is 2.8m long, 1.5m wide and stands 0.4m out of the moorland. In the centre of the rock and on top of, 0.9m from the SW end, is a small incised cross with a hole 1 inch in diameter in the middle and arms 0.3m from tip to tip. The southern side also has a cross on it and seems to have some other form of carving/writing on it, but is half buried. The stone separates the parishes of Zennor, Morvah, Madron and Gulval and is mentioned in a 1613 account of the Bounds of Zennor Parish. The stone is listed under crosses, with the name 'Four Parishes Stone' in the Penwith Survey. The Four Parishes Rock is also a probable fallen standing stone with what looks to be an overgrown hut circle just to its west.
