markj99 visited on 15th Oct 2013 - their rating: Cond: 3 Amb: 5 Access: 3 Boskednan A Kerbed Cairn is easily visited on the way to Nine Maidens of Boskednan. There are intermittent kerb stones round the cairn up to 4 feet tall. As a starter before the Nine Stones of Boskednan it is very satisfying.

"A barrow up to 1.3m high, 14.0m overall diameter but with part of a retaining circle 10.0m in diameter. There is a central excavation pit and between this and the W edge is a flat stone 1.5m by 0.6m which may be the capstone of a cist."
