Richard13 visited on 21st Jul 2022 - their rating: Cond: 4 Amb: 4 Access: 4 Situated in the heart of Carn Euny village, this was my first visit to a Fougou and it did not disappoint! It was interesting to see how it interacts with the buildings in the village and find the signs of how its layout has evolved.
Visited during a July heatwave, so the intererior of the Fougou was dry!

The remains of the village courtyard houses do not match up to the wonders of Chysauster, but this is more than made up for by the magic of the fogou.

LiveAndrew visited on 28th Jan 2018 - their rating: Cond: 4 Amb: 5 Access: 3 I remember that the main chamber was actually dry in this visit - unlike my second visit! However, there was still a lot of water at the far end of the passage.
