Cairn in Østfold
This burial cairn is located on the top of a small ridge on a hillside overlooking a neighbourhood to the south and with a beautiful view over Skjeberg. The area around has only some large trees and very short vegetation. It is easy to see from the road.
The cairn is more or less destroyed and the original shape is very difficult to make out since a lot of stones have been taken out and scattered down the hillside. The original cairn is located on the highest point of the ridge and it believed to be from 8 to 15 metres in diameter. The height is impossible to make out.
