Holy Well or Sacred Spring in Lancashire

Described as a huge stone trough at the side of the Wycoller Beck, further down than the old bridge, The Northern Antiquarian (TNA) features a page for this well - see their entry for Lowlands Well, Wycoller, Lancashire.

TNA adds that the well had a pipe leading to it from a spring on the other side of Wycoller Beck. The TNA page also includes an old photograph of the well from a publication dated 1949.
