North Strone submitted by cosmic on 25th Jul 2004. North Strone in Aberdeenshire at NJ584138 has the smallest recumbent anywhere (4ft6in) and all the stones are small. Burl gives ot Grade 4 but this is harsh as the circle seems to be almost complete although most of the stones have fallen.

Fice's Well submitted by KiwiBetsy on 23rd Sep 2006. The well stands surrounded by a low stone wall which was built by convicts (it’s only a very short distance to the prison) in the 19th century. We found Fice’s Well on a very murky Dartmoor day and were probably lucky not to suffer the same fate as John Fitz and his wife. One day they were riding on the moor when the piskies conjured up a thick, impenetrable mist which resulted in the couple being hopelessly lost. Coste-Rouge Dolmen submitted by thecaptain on 7th Oct 2005. Coste-Rouge Dolmen on a sunny, but cold and windy afternoon in September. Unfortunately, to see this dolmen nowadays, the full guided tour of the abbey has to be taken - there are no longer any open visits round the grounds because it has been made into an animal park. But its worth it.

Located in a private hunting wood, this passage grave is wonderful, especially the death divinity on the right stone of the entrance. Wonderful, you have an entrance hole and a capstone over the entrance the rest of capstones have disapeared. around 10 meters long and 1,5 wide. (i have retaken my caption!)
