Penventinnie Round submitted by AngieLake on 31st Aug 2007. Can anyone help to locate the hillfort in this photo taken by my son whilst enjoying his 40th birthday treat in July? His photos were in order of the long flight in a small plane down the coast from Perranporth air strip to Lands End and back via Truro, which was the pic prior to this one.

Goonhilly tumuli

Goonhilly tumuli submitted by AngieLake on 26th Oct 2007. This is another burial mound near Dry Tree menhir. Indeed, when I was searching for the stone with my dowsing rods, on 22nd May 07, I was led here, so am wondering if the stone (which was re-erected) might possibly have stood on this mound originally? (The bracken was very vigorous then, and it was difficult to access, but two large stones stand either side of the mound, one slightly obscured in the vegetation!) Please see plan submitted for this site's position, to the east of Dry Tree me...

St Cuby's Well (Duloe) submitted by AngieLake on 1st Oct 2008. Another view of the old font that once held the waters of St. Cuby's Well. "The stone bowl from the well originally had dolphins carved round the top but they were damaged when the bowl was stolen. On the sides are a snake facing a gryffin, which are not Christian images." (Quote from leaflet in St. Cuby's church.)
