The 16m long chamber is halfway embedded into the ground/remains of the eroded earthwork. Some kerbstones of barrows' oval enclosure are preserved (foreground and background right), but deeply embedded into the ground and/or partly fallen. August 2010

Earlier this year one of the capstones of D14 fell off. See: link

It will be restored, current status unknown.

I visited this site in march 2019 and already back then we were warned by a local that this stone was loose. It could be moved with 1 hand. This local already warned local authorities but no action was taken. This was the result.

    The status at the end of September was that the stone was not rebuilt and fortified. I was there on the 28th of September and just uploaded two pictures of it here.
