Country: Belgium Archeologists found remains of a mammoth, a wild horse, a bison and tools in a clay pit in Oekene, near Roeselare (Roulers), Belgium. These descoveries were already made in 2009 but were kept secret to keep away "illegal treasure hunters" and were made public in May 2011.

The tools were used by traveling hunters (nomads), and existed from bone and stone. It's one of the most ancient findings in the province of West-Flanders, definately older than 10.000 years.

A video (in Flemish) can be found here.
