Megalithic Poems is an anthology of poems on the theme of the megalithic structures of Britain, Ireland and the European Continent: structures found at places like Avebury, Newgrange and Carnac.

Thanks to all who have supplied poems and illustrations to Megalithic Poems so far but please feel free to add more of your own or comment on those of others.

Megalithic Poems can be found here

Poets and bards have always been moved by the ancient special places of stone and earth. Here too they can be seen as depicted by artists - past and present. Do you know of a megalithic poem or have you written one? The collection will grow with your help.
Contributor Bio for Littlestone: Based in Essex, England, contributing since 2003. Favourite site: Avebury. Occupation: Writer/Conservator.
