Hans-Georg writes: Hello dear friends of magical places, again two months have gone since my last newsletter and meanwhile I've planned my next "expedition". In four weeks I will set of to visit the Outer Hebridies (North Uist, South Uist, Benbecula, Barra) and also the Isle of Skye and Isle of Mull. More than 80 megalithic buildings I've planned to visit for the next updates.

But there are also new pages to visit on my website www.hgstump.de

The Tumm of Strotzbüsch, a huge roman tomb not far from my home, the Ballynoe Stone Circle, a further menhir of the Weris Group in Belgium, the eery Burren Dolmen, some interesting menhirs, the remains of a dolmen in a private garden and Fourknocks in Ireland, a tomb with beautifully decorated capstones, the highlight of this update....

Also my "Blue Pages" show some important new places. Have a closer look at the once beautiful village of Wollseifen; exactly 60 years ago it was destroyed..... I will attend the commemoration mass at 20th August in front of the ruined church which is still there....
The pictures will follow then....

Visit the four remains of the village, the memorial and the weathercock who is looking over to his former workplace....

The story of this village did struck me so much, that I immediately became a member of the "Wollseifen Association"

But also a castle which was not worth the admission, a court in heavy rain while the sun was shining brightly, the birthplace of the Patron of Wales and,and,and.....

PS: unfortunately recently my guestbook had become an object for spammers, so I had to delete every day a lot of spam entries. But I'm better than they! Due to my programming knowledge I was able to outwit them! Hahaha!
