I visited this site on 10/6/19. I spoke to the gentleman at the adjacent property who informed me that the well (or spring) was destroyed when the bungalow now on the site was erected twenty years ago. Apparently there was an archaeological survey undertaken before the site was destroyed. There is nothing of the well to be seen now.
