w650marion visited on 14th Jul 2022 - their rating: Cond: 2 Amb: 4 Access: 5 Worth climbing up the rocky outcrop to get a clear view. Enclosure walls are quite clear but I couldn’t see anything that remains on the other side of the road.

The settlement is considered to be prehistoric. It is an extensive settlement consisting of a field system that has several enclosures. About six hut circles have been identified, however they are in poor condition and difficult to interpret. There are also clearance cairns apparent. In contrast, the field walls are better preserved. Some modern sheepfolds are present.
