A birch bark has been found between the small sandstones, which was about to be destroyed by the moisture. Therefore, it has been decided to close the Passage grave and control the air humidity to preserve the bark. A carbon 14 test of the Birch bark makes it possible to date the passage grave very accurately to 5300 year +-100 years. text in ... (Vote or comment on this photo)

I have contacted the Danish kulturarv.dk. They say:
Maglehøj is permanently closed due to the birchback that has been found, if you visit Maglehøj you can only see it from the outside.
