This fine remnant sits in the middle of a field near Balluderon Farm. It is also known as St.Martin's Stone. The symbols are reported as, Beast, serpent+Z and horseman. An old rhyme known in the area commemorates the event where Martin avenged the death of his lover by the Dragon,Kelpie.Still remembered 1500 years later.
