Just 2 metres to the north of the highway is a pretty round barrow with a standing stone on top. Around the barrow is a large grassy field sloping down to the lake to the south west. The barrow is covered with only a little taller grass and some smaller vegetation.
The barrow is around 10 metres in diameter and around 2,5 metres in height. It has a very pretty rounded shape and does not seem to have been disturbed in any way. On top in the centre of the barrow is a small standing stone. The stone is around 1,2 metres in height, around 50cm wide at the base and around 20cm thick. The top of the stone seems to have been cracked recently and the stone was probably larger before the top broke off. The barrow and the stone is easily visible from the highway.
