Cave in Sri Lanka
Cave in which late Pleistocene human skeletal remains were discovered in the 1960s and 1980s.
The cave was probably inhabited from about 33.000 to 4.750 BCE.
Later the cave was reused as a bhuddistic pilgrimage site.
