in Norway. This barrow cemetery is inside a tight forest on a natural terrace overlooking the river Otra. The cemetery is so overgrown with large and smaller trees like birch, fir and rogn. It is easy to make out the three largest barrows but almost impossible to get a good photo of them.

The barrow cemetery consists of 11 round burial cairns. The three largest barrows are oriented on a line going north to south at the northern part of the cemetery along the local road. The barrows are only 3-4 metres away from the road. The smaller barrows are found in a cluster in the south part of the cemetery next to some houses. All the largest barrows are easy to find though the tight vegetation makes them very difficult to photograph.

The largest cairns are according to kulturminnesøk, 15, 18 and 14 metres in diameter and the height 2, 2 and 2,5 metres in height. The smaller cairns are from 5 to 12 metres in diameter and very low in the terrain, only around 30-50cm in height and are more like stone settings than actual cairns. These are impossible to find in the tight forest.
