Located in Largo das Caves in Cascais, a guided tour to the caves happens once a year, April 18 as part of the International Day for Monuments and Sites. The karst cavity, located in the center of Cascais (behind the St. Joseph Building) had an intensive occupation in prehistoric times (3rd millennium BC).
