This barrow cemetery consists of 6 round barrows and 1 elongated barrow. Three of the round barrows are very large. The site is located inside a thick forest with large pine trees and smaller leaf trees and thick smaller vegetation. The largest barrows are however easy to see even with the vegetation because of the impressive size.
The largest barrow is 35 metres in diameter and around 5 metres in height. It has a beautiful shape with a perfect round top and a clear ditch around the edges. The other two large barrows are around 25 metres in diameter and around 3 metres in height. These are also easy to see and photograph even with the trees.
The smaller barrows are from 17 to 6 metres in diameter and from 2 to 0,5 metres in height. These are more difficult to see because of the tick vegetation. I hope someday this impressive barrow cemetery could be cleared of the vegetation!
