Drive out from Nyköping (a city on the E4, 100 km south of Stockholm) on road 52, direction Skavsta international airport (NYO) and Katrineholm. Turn immediately right at the Site-of-interest sign and straight into the suburb-like area with small blocks of flats called Oppeby. Continue only a few hundred meters up the road Smålandsvägen and park in front of the school Släbroskolan. The stone carvings are right next to the school overlooking the river Nyköpingsån. While in the area, there are many more traditional stone-carvings and also rune stones near Oppeby kyrka (church).
