With the co-operation of the landowner, Mr David abbot, a small excavation took place, after the first two swords had been ploughed up. It is now called The Wilson Art Gallery And Museum.
I visited last year. Quite disappointed.
You are greeted by a cafe, what items were for sale you couldn't look at as seating for the cafe was in the way.
They were refurbishing and it was much more of an art gallery than a museum with a fraction of artifacts on display and so much empty space.
The prehistoric collection was a few bits. Nothing substantial.
I'm hoping there will be more to see when they are finished.
