The Gallarus Oratory

The Gallarus Oratory submitted by swatson on 22nd Jul 2004. History Gallery The enigmatic Gallarus Oratory on the Dingle Peninsula, Co. Kerry, Ireland. The date of it's construction is a matter for debate: some scholars put it around 600AD and others as late as 1200AD. Not pre-historic, but interesting.
