Log Text: Access from the north is a bit hazardous as a little quarry has to be avoided. The circle is pretty much destroyed but the overgrown cairn is visible in the centre. Great views all around.

Nether Corskie Stone Circle submitted by megalithicmatt on 15th Jan 2012. The stones are far bigger than they appear from the road: the western stone is 2.9m high and its partner is 2.1m.
The Great Crowns Of Stone gazetteer notes that the 'recumbent' lying between / behind them (not visible in this picture) was not present in surveys in 1902 and 1904, lending uncertainty to the site's classification and original configuration.

Log Text: That's Fraser with an 's', not a 'z' and often called Balgorkar anyway. One of the stones was toppled by plough a couple of years ago but has since been re-erected. The same field has two other standing stones.
