This Ancestral Puebloans (Anasazi) ruin was built around 1100 AD. There were about 110 rooms (one story) arranged around a rectangular courtyard.

This Ancestral Puebloans (Anasazi) ruin was built and occupied between 1060 and 1275 AD. The photo is taken from the canyon rim opposite the site, but there is a trail that leads to the ruin.

There are two main building areas around a central, open plaza. It is estimated that the complex had about 90 rooms, although much of the structure has been washed away by flooding over the years.
