Log Text: Short walk down a right of way, was very overgrown when I visted but still lovely to see. The pump is a very good marker of where it is, since without knowing it was already there and what to look for I could've walked right past.

Log Text: A very easy to access site (and one that I'd consider hidden in plain sight - driven past many times and not realised the history of the area). Sight from top of one of the barrows is gorgeous and from there it is easy to spot the other two further along. Has an information board on the way in if coming from the town side that's weathered but has a lot of information about the area.

Log Text: Absolutely gorgeous stone with bright clear carvings. There's a informational card at the base of the stone for local insight into how it came to be in the church. The church itself is also absolutely stunning with two stone crosses in its gardens and old wall paintings within the church that survived whitewashing.

Log Text: Lovely cross situated on a granite plinth that isn't original to it. Church notice board has some information on it - originally called the Seaureaugh Cross, it was removed from the mill with the same name in 1910 with permission from Captain William Frances Tremayne.

Boskenna Cross

Boskenna Cross submitted by enkidu41 on 15th Nov 2004. The shot shows the principal face of the cross with its depiction of Christ. The three-part base is out of all proportion to the cross. The look of stability is deceptive given its three damaging brushed with modern traffic!

Boskenna Crosses

Boskenna Crosses submitted by cazzyjane on 18th Jun 2012. Boskenna Cross 2. SW4195 2418. Found beside a footpath one field north west of Boskenna Gate Cross. Only the cross head is ancient and has a broad- limbed cross on it which is very difficult to make out. It leans against the hedge and is often lost behind the brambles and foliage. Unfortunately there is also a lot of rubble around its base.
