The new tsunami memorial tablets submitted by Aska on 11th Jul 2014. Site in Honshū Japan
The 27th one in Yoshihama (吉浜 39.14786N,141.83174E), Ōfunato city, Iwate prefecture. The title of the tablet : Yoshihama, the miraculous village. After the tsunami in 1896, the villagers moved to higher place so the victim of 2011 tsunami was minimum.
