Mamoa 3 do Rápido submitted by Alta-Falisa on 25th Mar 2014. Mamoa III do Rápido consists of one excavated dolmen.
As the dolmen still lies in its original pit, the view is not striking, but the architecture of the monument is rather sophisticated. The chamber has no more capstone ; the corridor leading to it has kept two of them. If not outstanding for photographic purposes, this monument is nevertheless a well-preserved and elaborate construction.

Anta de Pêra do Moço submitted by Alta-Falisa on 30th Mar 2015. Standing visibly along the road N.221, North of Guarda. A small river, flowing nearby, adds to the charm of the site. The traffic, not too intense, does not perturb the quietness of the place.
