Coetan Arthur Dolmen submitted by Horatio on 26th Aug 2025. The plough asterisk over Coetan Arthur.
A four second hand held phone shot with my other hand holding my head torch for illumination, so not too bad a result considering!

Site Type: Promontory Fort / Cliff Castle
Country: Wales (Pembrokeshire)
Visited: Yes on 26th Aug 2026. My rating: Condition 2 Ambience 4 Access 2

St David's Head submitted by Horatio on 11th Jul 2019. Inside the iron age fort at St Davids Head you can clearly see the outline of some of the 7-8 hut circles. In this case one of them filled with climbing helmets from the local adventure company (the kids must've been off somewhere) and the group I was with for the day learning about the landscape, standing outside one of the circles. In the background can be seen Carn Llidi which is rich in archaeology including 2 neolithic chambers, prehistoric enclosures and field systems.
