Ny Søby Langdysse submitted by Tonnox on 29th May 2026. Capes Høj. Well preserved long barrow. 36 x 7 x 1,5 meters. 56 kerbstones. Chamber 3 orthostats and 1 threshold stone. This very preserved long barrow was not discovered until 1976. Prior to then it had lain hidden for 3500 years beneath a large Early Bronze Age burial mound from 1700 - 1100 BC. It first reappeared when the Bronze Age burial mound was excavated between 1976 and 1979. Foto marts 2026
