A second possible henge site, known as Arbor Low II lies to the north-west of Gib Hill. Consisting of a curved ditch, some archaeologists believe it may be an unfinished henge, but others consider it is probably nothing more than a ditch created as a result of stone quarrying in the area.

Toot Hill submitted by PaulM on 20th Jul 2003. The earthworks on Toot Hill which have been described as a Neolithic enclosure, an Iron Age hillfort, a Roman camp or a Medieval deer pound!

Log Text: Toot Hill is on private land and farmed by a local farmer. I managed to go up one day and bump into him and cheekily asked if I could go have a closer look, promising not to create any damage. Took some photos and walked around but would like some proper measurements.
