Standing stone near Corgarff Castle submitted by PeteCrane5 : Site enlarged and four Corten steel standing stone seats added in 2016 as part of the SnowRoads Scenic Route Project (Vote or comment on this photo)
A modern monolith in Moray. The site was enlarged in 2016 when four Corten steel standing stone seats were added as part of the SnowRoads Scenic Route Project. The original stone has an inscription on all four sides reading:
'As still skies or storms unfold
Take a moment to behold
in sun, rain, sleet or snow
or warm your soul before you go'.
