For anyone who missed the interesting Time Flyers programme on the Thornborough Henges it is being repeated next Tuesday (25th November) on BBC1 between 03:05 - 03:35am, so set your videos! Further information on the series can be found on the BBC website.

The Thornborough landscape is under serious threat from quarrying which could destroy important elements of the complex and this programme could be vital to raising the profile of the area.

The Radio Times says:

"Investigating the arrangement of giant earthworks, banks and ditches that dominates a wide swathe of the landscape of North Yorkshire and stretches for over a mile."
