The Tarmac application to extract gravel from the archaeology-rich Thornborough landscape in North Yorkshire has been published so the clock is now ticking to get your voice heard and submit your objections.

Information about the proposals can be found on the Heritage Action website and on the Friends of Thornborough pages. As with all planning applications it is important that objections are made in good time and are relevant. For the timescales involved in this case and for advice on how to make your objection to North Yorkshire County Council follow this link to Heritage Action.
