Description
I am submitting these sites on behalf of Maxim Yakovenko (http://ancient-mayak.narod.ru/english/english.html). He is studying many sites of the Pedan (Pidan) Mountain, Primorsky Krai region, far East Siberia.

This is a beautiful example. In the U.S. we called them propped or balanced rocks, in northern Europe, flying stones. Whatever they're called, I find them fascinating. It would be interesting to compile a list of examples around the world.
